PROGRESS

I’m just finishing painting #9 for the show in March. #10 is on it’s way back from the East Coast unfinished and I’m shooting for 3-4 more by the end of Feb. a little ambitious I think, but I’m on a mad scramble for photoshoots and hopefully I can have enough content together within the next few weeks. that will put me at 13-14 pieces for the Shooting Gallery (for those who need lots of forewarning, opening reception is March 6th, 2010).

I’m heading down to LA for New Years and to get in a few photoshoots down south so If I don’t post before, happy new year! aside from the painting, I’ve had the worst year ever and can’t wait for it to be over. here’s to a healthy and happy 2010.

Hey Aaron, how are you doing?
I’m trying to learn with your “steps” and I want to know, what kind of mediums do you often make use?
Thanks for this blog. Great work!

    thanks Rafael,
I usually only use a bit of Liquin along with my oils. I’ve experimented with Galkyd and Stand Oil but figured I’d get good at working with more or less only paint first.
