New Painting, "Collision II: the Void"
I spent the first 6 months of 2021 working on this commission and it’s finally done. I’m pleased to present the second in my all-fabric series, “Collision II: the Void”.

This is the largest fabric painting i’ve done to date, and I really enjoyed getting to zone out and work on such similar content day in and day out. Painting still intimidates me, especially when it comes to starting a piece— but being able to settle into something for a long time is really comforting. possibly too comforting, I painted the majority of this one twice.
